A Colombian mid-size company wanted to change its training into online training. The company considered that it was time to take advantage of the new technology and that face-to-face training was not useful anymore. COLCAMEX consultants talked to the training manager and after a study of their needs and analyzing the company recourses, we decided that it was too early to the company to change to online training. COLCAMEX created a plan to prepare the company for this change. First COLCAMEX created a series of workshops to train the trainers about online learning and about our Learning Management Services (LMS).
